1.2 Open: 
mills declared the meeting open at 1954.

1.3 Minutes:
- Mills and natedogg able to activate at 0530, penguin and voulty at 0700, SCR34M3R at 0545 AWST (0745 AEST), shadow_mask at 0730-0800
- shadow_mask, mills and SCR34M3R able to view strategy guide, other members unable or did not receive a copy.
- strategy has been throuroughly tested (on 3 servers) although is not quite complete yet.
- game duration is approximately 120 days (4 months), proposal by mills for a meeting every 10 days or so
- mills outlined tasks, as described in the strategy guide (see that for more information)
- natedogg apology for early leave (2025)
- gauls build crannies to same level (4 to start with), useable as extra storage space for others who can't NPC trade. To be sent back after an attack
- voulty and penguin swapped tribes (voulty is now gauls, penguin is now romans)
